The Legal Office provides legal assistance to active duty, their dependents and retirees. Licensed attorneys are available for advice and consultation on personal civil legal matters (landlord-tenant issues, divorce, custody, consumer issues, leases, residency and many other issues.) The office also offers assistance in the preparation of legal documents and instruments such as wills, bills-of-sale and powers-of-attorney. In addition, there are helpful preventive law brochures to provide guidance on domestic relations, wills, consumer law and other legal topics. Walk-in legal assistance is available Mondays and Tuesdays from noon to 2 p.m., Wednesdays from 1 to 3 p.m., Thursdays between 10 a.m. and noon and Fridays between 11 a.m. and noon. Notary services are offered Mondays through Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Legal Office is located at 17801 Warren Shingle Blvd, 634-2928.
